摘    要:分析了连接支架零件的结构工艺性,介绍连接支架多工位级进模的总体结构、主要零部件和排样方案的设计。采用局部固定卸料架和弹压卸料板相结合的卸料形式,使模具结构紧凑、工作平稳、操作简便、生产效率高。

Abstract:The technological property of the joint support is analyzed,introduced design of the total structure and key parts and layout of the multi-position progressive die for the joint support.The fixed stripping support and the spring-operated stripper were used simultaneously in the mold.The mold structure was compact,working smoothly,operated conveniently and high production efficiency.
