| Abstract: | The shifted legendre series is applied to solve the linear two-point boundary-value problem in the hierarchical control of large-scale systems.An algorithm is proposed to transform this problem into an initial-value problem. This algorithm is simple and feasible. It is shown from an illustrative example that the convergence rate of the algorithm is higher. |
