摘    要:提出了一种集测频、计数和计时功能为一体的高精度测量模块的设计方案。利用C8051F020单片机内部计数器和可编程计数器阵列(PCA),实现测频、计时和计数的功能要求。详细阐述了系统硬件和软件的设计,并将该模块应用于流量校验台的测量系统中。测量结果表明,该模块满足测量要求,具有高精度、高集成度、低成本、低功耗的优点。

Abstract:The paper presented a technique method about a high precision testing frequency, counting and timing system. The system can fulfill the request of the measure to frequency,count and time by programmable counter array and the counter of C8051F020. The hardware and software was expatiated in detail, and applicant this system in the flowmeter calibrator measurement system. The result shows that the system can achieve measurement requirement. The system has the advantages of high-precision,highly integrated,low cost,low power consumption.
