| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种基于特征的集成ＣＡＤ／ＣＡＰＰ／ＣＡＥ冷挤压工艺过程的知识基系统。该系统将成形特征引入冷挤压工艺规划过程，并采用相对成本估算和有限元分析相结合的方法对生成的工序进行优化。该系统是在ＡｕｔｏＣＡＤ１４．０平台、利用其二次开发工具ＡＲＸ用Ｃ编程实现的。

| Abstract: | A feature oriented integrated CAD/CAPP/CAE knowledge based system for multistage cold extrusion is introduced in this paper. The system applies the form feature into the process planning of cold extrusion. Meanwhile, process optimization is to optimize the sequence by using the relative cost estimating and FEM simulation. The system is developed by using the object oriented technique based on the platform Auto CAD14.0. |
