摘    要:X射线衍射技术的应用范围非常广泛,现已渗透到物理、化学、材料科学以及各种工程技术科学中,成为一种重要的分析方法.通过对金属合金试样的X射线衍射实验,利用MDI Jade软件以及K值法、绝热法、RIR值等理论方法对试样中的各个物相进行了成分鉴定(物相定性分析),计算出了试样中各物相所含质量分数的近似值(物相定量分析),并对实验数据的误差进行了分析.
