摘    要:围绕化学工程与工艺专业应用型人才培养,分析了目前工程实践能力培养方面的要求及不足,构建并实践了厚基础、宽口径、多层次、交叉互动的化工应用型人才培养模式。产、学、研等多种实践教学形式确保了学生具有较高的科学素质和较强的创新能力。

Abstract:Based on the educational target of Chemical Engineering and Technology, analysis is made and defects are pointed out in training and teaching for applied and innovative talents. A new approach of the training mode for applied talents with firm basic theories, wide knowledge, multi-level and cross interac- tion is proposed. Teaching practice system including industry-academy-research cooperation etc. has been established. The training pattern and teaching system ensure students to possess higher scientific quality and stronger innovation capability.
