基于聚偏氟乙烯及射频识别技术的智能压电传感器设计

摘    要:
在分析智能压电材料聚偏氟乙烯的基础上,根据正压电效应的原理,结合现代微电流放大技术及智能射频识别芯片,设计了一款具有多功能的智能压电传感器,并对该传感器进行试验验证。结果表明,它能根据应变的大小输出变化的电压,具有智能化,无线和有线2种数字信号输出,体积小的特点,应用前景广泛。

Abstract:
On the basis of analysis of the piezoelectric materials PVDF,according to its principles of positive piezoelectric effect,modern micro-current amplification technology and intelligent RFID chip,a multifunctional intelligent piezoelectric sensor was designed,and it was verified by experiment results.The experimental results showed that it could output variational voltage along with strain change,the sensor was very small and intelligent,it could work at wire or wireless mode,the output data was numerical signal,and the application prospects was very broad.
