| 摘 要： | 在对卷绕成形过程钢带进行运动分析的基础上设计研制了一台新型R型电力变压器铁芯卷绕机床的机械结构和控制系统。该控制系统对钢带的运动和位置具有实时检测和纠偏功能，实现了卷绕成形工艺过程中钢带的成形运动、进给运动和纠偏运动控制，提高了卷绕设备的加工范围和精度。 |

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of Rolling Shaping Process and the motion analysis of metal strip we developed the mechanical structure and control system of a new type rolling machine of R transformer core. By real time inspection of the motion and position of metal strip and correction of the error this control system can be used to realize the control of shaping motion, feeding motion and correcting motion, as a result the machining scope and precision are improved. |
