摘    要:将气体生成水合物的条件与深水钻井井筒温度压力、地层温度压力分布相结合,证实了深水钻井过程中形成水合物和钻遇天然气水合物层的可能性。天然气水合物的形成会改变钻井液的性质、堵塞井筒、环空及防喷器;水合物层的分解会造成沉积物坍塌、井壁失稳,引起井漏、井喷等一系列问题,给钻井作业造成巨大的经济损失,甚至使钻进无法正常进行。国内外近几年在天然气水合物研究勘探方面的经验表明,解决水合物问题常用的方法是加入水合物抑制剂,或者是采取必要的措施来防止井喷,将钻井液中的气体循环出去。

Abstract:The combination the conditions of gas hydrate formation with the wellbore pressure and temperature in deep water verifies the possibility of gas hydrate formation and drilling the hydrate formation during drilling. The formation of the gas hydrate will change the drilling fluid property, plugging wellbore and annulus and blowout preventers. The gas hydrate dissociation will make the wellbore unstable and cause well lost circulation and well blowout and other problems which cause a huge economic loss and even impact the routine drilling. The research in gas hydrate worldwide indicate that hydrate inhibitor were used to solve the gas hydrate problems or circulating the drilling fluid to remove the gas in the drilling fluid with necessary measure to prevent well blowout.
