| Abstract: | The simple theoretical model proposed in the paper aims at providing a theoretical framework for performance evaluation of data processing systems. Based on this framework many simple and practical evaluation methods can be formed. Only two parameters appear in this model. They are statistital, and can be determined by statistical methods. |
