摘    要:综合当前国内外压滤机的发展现状,针对原来压滤机液压系统存在的问题,对液压系统进行简化设计和节能设计,提高其可靠性,降低其能耗。依托PLC及电气元件、硬件和软件的高可靠性设计,使改造后的电控系统具有较高的先进性和自动化程度。运行安全可靠,操作实用简单方便,PLC控制具有常规继电器控制所不具有的优越性。改造后的系统体积小、可靠性高、故障率低、性能价格比高、维护简单方便,提高了设备的利用率。利用PLC控制使系统的柔性大大提高。成功地实现压滤机工业自动化改造与技术提高。

Abstract:According to current status of filter press technology and aiming at solving the existing problems,the simplified and energy-saving designs for the filter press hydraulic pressure system are put forward in order to improve the reliability and reduce energy consumption. Based on PLC and the high-reliability design of electric component,hardware and software,the renovated electric control system is upgraded and has higher degree of automation. Compared with conventional electric relay control system,PLC control can run more safely and reliably,and can be operated more practicality,simply and conveniently. The rebuilt system has smaller volume,higher reliability,lower malfunction frequency,higher ratio of performance with lower price,simpler and more convenient maintenance,and higher operation ratio. With the use of PLC control,flexibility of the system was greatly improved,and the automation and improvement of technology of filter press are realized.
