二级浮动弹压复合模设计

摘    要:分析了脱排油烟机内支架复合冲压成形工艺方案,介绍了相应冲模结构设计。冲压工艺有冲裁、弯曲、不规则翻边、胀形、局部压凸、整形等。为优化冲压工艺,降低生产成本,第2副冲模采用了下模部分二级浮动弹压的结构,成功实现局部胀拉和翻边工艺以及压凸、弯曲、整形多道工序一次成形。

Abstract:The process scheme for the compound stamping molding of the inner support of oil smoke exhaust machine was analyzed. The structural design and calculation for the stamping die was introduced. The stamping process includes punching, bending, irregular flanging, bulging, partial embossing and restriking, etc. In order to optimize the technology of press and lower the production cost, a two-stage floating elastic pressing structure at the anvil swage of the second punching die was adopted. The successful application of this structure yielded the realization of multi-working procedure molding of which consists partial bulging, flanging, embossing, bending and restriking at one press.
