蓄热式推钢加热炉的改造实践

摘    要:通过分析某蓄热式推钢加热炉改造前存在的能耗高、炉压高等问题,提出了改造措施.实践表明:改造后的加热炉热利用率高,燃耗较低,氧化烧损大大降低,运行状态良好.

Abstract:Through analyzing the problems such as high energy consumption and high furnace pressure of the regenerative pusher type reheating furnace before transformation,the transformation measures are presented.The practice shows that,after the transformation the thermal efficiency of the heating furnace is high,the fuel consumption is low and the oxygenation loss reduces greatly,and the operation condition is good.
