蓄热式加热炉燃气改造的实践

摘    要:介绍了设计燃用高炉煤气或城市煤气的蓄热式推钢加热炉,该炉因当地燃料供应不足而改为燃发生炉煤气。通过多项技术改造,成功实现双蓄热式加热炉全部燃用发生炉煤气并取得了较好的社会经济效益。

Abstract:The pusher type regenerative heating furnace which designed to be fueled with blast furnace gas or city gas was introduced. Because the local fuel was in short supply, the furnace changed to burn the producer gas. Through several technical transformations, the double regenerative heating furnace was successfully realized to burn the producer gas. By the way, the good social and economic benefits were obtained.
