| 摘 要： | 介绍了螺旋缝焊管生产过程中常见的焊接质量问题以及管体压痕现象.分析了导致这些问题产生的部分原因,即焊接质量问题通常由带钢和焊剂质量问题引起的,而管体压痕是由成型力不合理所致.提出了相应的改进措施.

| Abstract: | Described in the assey are the welding quality problems,including occurrence of pipe body crease defects as commonly encountered with during the manufacturing process of spiral weld pipes.Some of the causes for the said problems are investigated,and identified,for instance,strip steel and welding agent with questionable quality often lead to poor welding quality,while improper forming force gets occurrence of the pipe body crease defect.Accordingly,corrective actions are proposed. |
