| Abstract: | The paper researches the present situation of water resources and the development trend of water meter technology in China, defines and describes the smart water meter and its technology scale, analyzes and discusses the composition, present situation and existing problems of the smart water meter technical standard, puts forward the necessity, construction thought and method of constructing national smart water meter technical standard system, as well as the relevant issues worthy attention. |
