固着剂用于阴离子乳液松香胶中性施胶的初步研究

采用新型固着剂———低分子质量、高电荷密度胺类聚合物固着阴离子乳液松香胶进行中性施胶,考察了影响中性施胶的各种因素。实验表明,3种胺类聚合物固着剂中,季铵盐型施胶效果最优,聚胺型次之,亚胺型则较差。胺类固着剂在没有Al2(SO4)3的条件下可很好地改善阴离子乳液松香胶中性施胶的施胶效果,适宜的施胶条件为:pH值7.5,CaCO3用量10%,固着剂用量0.1%,胶料用量1%,助留剂用量1%,采用逆向施胶工艺。而且在酸性条件或在中碱性条件下用此工艺施胶的纸张裂断长和耐破度都优于AKD施胶的纸张。

Anionic Dispersive Rosin Sizing with Attached Agent in Neutral Papermaking Condition

Anionic rosin sizing with attached agent of low molecular weight and high charge density in neutral papermaking was studied.Various factors influencing neutral sizing were investigated.The results indicated that amine attached agent can improve sizing effect of anionic dispersive rosin in neutral papermaking condition greatly,even though without aluminum sulfate.The proper sizing condition is the followings: sizing pH value 7.5,the dosage of calcium carbonate 10%,the dosage of attached agent 0.1%,the dosages both the sizing agent and the retention agent are 1%,and reverse sizing process is used.Compared with AKD sizing,the tensile strength and the burst index are all improved greatly.And the difference of the results between the hand sheet and the paper manufactured on paper machine is not so large.
