高炉专家系统应用实践

摘    要:介绍了攀钢引进的高炉专家系统的内容、组成及结构,阐述了闭环或开环专家系统运行的一些条件以及专家系统的系统诊断、建议动作等特性,攀钢1号高炉的应用情况说明:高炉专家系统可以进行更正操作、系统诊断,并且在开环和闭环条件下运行,闭环系统操作命中率可达到99.99%,开环系统操作命中率可达到91.00%.阐述了运行、使用高炉专家系统的必要条件.

Abstract:The content, composition and structure of expert system imported from VAI on No. 1 blast furnace in 2001 are introduced. Some running conditions of closed and open loop expert system and the characteristics of systematic diagnosis and suggestion of expert system are described. The application of this system in recent years has proved that the BF expert system can adjust operation, diagnose under open and closed loop conditions, the hit rate of closed and open loop system can reach 99.99% and 91.00% respectively. The importance of BF expert system was explained and the necessary conditions of running expert system are also described.
