| 摘 要： | 通过选取1990—2008年期间的序列数据,运用主成分分析法对辽宁省环境污染因子进行提取,并对经济增长与环境污染因子之间的关系进行回归,结果表明,环境污染主成分因子同人均GDP的拟合曲线有别于传统的环境库兹涅茨曲线,辽宁省目前的环境污染情况不容乐观,应该转变经济增长方式,优化产业结构,加大环境污染治理资金的投放力度,使经济增长与环境质量协调发展。

| Abstract: | The principal component analysis was made to extract the pollution factor based on series of data collected during the years of 1990-2008 in Liaoning province.The regression analyzed the relationship between GDP per capita and environmental pollution indicators by using data from 1990 to 2008.The results expatiated that the fitting curve between the principal component factor of environmental pollution and the per capita GDP is different from EKC.Liaoning province should transform the mode of economic growth,optimize the industrial structure,increase the fund for environmental pollution and coordinate economic growth with environmental quality. |
