| 摘 要： | 研究了一种性能优良的新型喷射混凝土用添加剂ＩＶＡ，进行了ＩＶＡ对不同品种水泥增稠效果比较及回归分析，借助扫描电镜等微观分析方法研究并提出了ＩＶＡ分子的吸附“架桥”和液相膜空间网络综合作用的增稠机理，并对添加剂减少回弹的作用机理等作出了合理的理论解释。

| Abstract: | A superior performance and new type of thickener(IVA) used in shotcrete is studied. The comparison and regression analyses of adding IVA into different kinds of cement are carried out. With the help of electron microscope, the authors have put forward the thickening mechanism which is a synthetic action of IVA high polymer molecules absorbing and bridging across cement particles and its liquid-phase-space-network-film stretching, thus having the viscosity increased. Mechanism of thickener preventing sprinkling and spalling of shotcrete is explained theoretically. |
