摘    要:为了研制环境友好,绿色高效的烷基糖苷类浮选剂,以葡萄糖和天然高级脂肪醇为原料,在催化剂作用下,通过两步法合成烷基糖苷APG,分析了工艺条件对APG产率的影响。结果表明:最佳的工艺条件是醇糖质量比为4∶1、反应温度120 ℃、反应时间3.5 h和复合催化剂1.5%(对甲苯磺酸和浓硫酸与淀粉总量的质量百分比);通过红外和GC-MS对产品结构进行表征和定性检测,证明了产物中糖苷结构的存在;表面张力和泡沫性能的实验结果说明,合成的APG能够显著降低水溶液的表面张力,起泡性和泡沫稳定性都较强;煤样的浮选实验证明,其具有优良的浮选效果,是一种新型生物基浮选药剂。

Synthesis and performance testing in a biological based flotation agent
Abstract:In order to develop alkyl polyglycoside(APG) which is an environment friendly and high efficient biological based flotation agents,the two step process of APG synthesis by using glucose and natural higher fatty alcohol as raw material and acting under catalytic agent,and the effect of technological conditions on the rate of APG was studied.The best synthesis process parameters are as follows:the mass ratio of glucose and alcohol is 4∶1,reaction temperature at 120 ℃,reaction time of 3.5 h and the ratio of composite catalyst is 1.5%.The result of characterization and testing on APG by IR and GC MS prove the existence of glucosides.The synthesis of APG can lower the surface tension of solution and the foaming ability is better in the experiment.Alkyl glycosides flotation agent is a new biological based flotation agents and the flotation of coal samples prove their excellent flotation effect.
