HNO3及NaOH改性活性焦吸附模拟烟气中SO2和Hg的实验

摘    要:采用不同浓度的HNO3和NaOH溶液制备改性活性焦,并在固定床吸附装置上模拟基本烟气组成,进行了活性焦的脱硫及脱汞性能测试。对两种改性焦和原焦进行了比表面积、孔容、平均孔径等孔隙结构和红外分析(FT-IR)测定。实验结果表明:HNO3和NaOH浸渍改性均能提高活性焦的比表面积,改善其孔隙结构;HNO3改性活性焦脱硫脱汞性能相比原始活性焦分别提高43%、32%,NaOH改性活性焦脱硫和脱汞效果分别提高了79%和18%;改性后活性焦表面官能团的变化是影响其吸附性能的另一重要因素。

Experiment on SO2 and Hg adsorption of HNO3 and NaOH modified activated coke in simulated flue gas
Abstract:Two kinds of modified activated coke were prepared by HNO3 and NaOH solution with a certain concentration.A series of studies on the characteristic of the removal of SO2 and mercury in simulated flue gas were conducted with a laboratory scale fixed bed reactor.The specific surface area,pore volume,average pore diameter of the cokes were tested.The experiment results indicate that HNO3 and NaOH impregnation can increase the specific surface area of activated coke and improve their pore structure.Compared with the original activated coke,the average adsorptive capacity of SO2 and mercury of the HNO3 modified activated coke increase by 43%,32%.The NaOH modified coke increase by 79% and 18%,respectively.Changes of surface functional groups after the modification are another important factor affecting adsorption performance.
