结晶器非正弦高频振动电液伺服控制系统的研究

摘    要:开发了非正弦振动波形和计算机控制的电液伺服系统,用于提高拉坯速度和铸坯的表面质量,利用C语言和汇编语言编制了界面友好的计算机控制软件,推导了液压伺 服控制系统的数学模型。在半板簧结晶器振动试验装置上,模拟了小方坯连铸机的非正弦振动,研制的液压伺服控制系统响应速度快、控制精度高,完全满足了工业生产的要求。

Abstract:The waveform of non-sinusoidal and the high frequency mold non-sinusoidal oscillation system that was controlled by microcomputer were developed to improve the surface quality of continuous casting steel products. The interface friendly control software, which was edited by C language and assembly language, was developed.A mathematical model of hydraulic servo control system was derived. The non-sinusoidal mould oscillation of machine was simulated at a half plank spring mould tester. The developed hydraulic servo control system that with quick response and high control precision can meet the need of industrial production. This achievement has been used in the testing of the small square billet continuous casting industrial production.
