| 摘 要： | 针对我国各种类别的酒的检测技术现状，分析了检测技术与国外同行业的差距，并提出了改进意见。同时对广东省酒类检测中心的检测情况和未来发展方向做了比较详细的阐述，力争在酒类检测水平上属全国一流，达到国际先进水平。
