新型旋流沉砂池除砂和有机物分离效率的研究

摘    要:通过污水厂进行的水力模拟试验,研究了4个因素:进水水力条件、螺旋桨叶片数量、螺旋桨转速和螺旋桨片距沉砂池底部的距离,对旋流沉砂池砂粒去除率和有机物分离率的影响。并通过单因素试验和正交试验,得出新型旋流沉砂池对砂粒去除的各因素的最佳的水平条件分别为:螺旋桨叶片数量为6片,水力停留时间为50s,螺旋桨转速为26r/min,螺旋桨叶片距沉砂池底部距离为40mm;对有机物分离的各因素的最佳水平条件分别为:螺旋桨叶片数量为4片,水力停留时间为50s,螺旋桨转速为26r/min,螺旋桨叶片距沉砂池底部距离为50mm。

Abstract:Through thehydraulic simulation test in wastewater treatment plant,the influences of the following four factors: influenthydraulic condition,number of propeller blades,rotate speed of propellers and distance between the propeller and the base on the efficiency of thegrit removal and organic matter separation were studied.According to the single factor test and the orthogonal test,the optimal condition for the novel rotational flowgrit chamber removinggrit was: the number of propeller blades was 6,thehydraulic residence time was 50 s,the rotate speed of propeller was 26r/min,the distance between the propeller and the base was 40mm;while,the correspond-ing values of the optimal condition for organic matter separation was 4,50 s,26r/min and 50mm respectively.
