某氰化尾矿综合回收铜铅的试验研究

采用优先浮选铅、再活化浮选铜的工艺流程,对山东某黄金氰化厂氰化尾矿进行了实验室试验研究,结果表明:铅浮选采用一粗两扫三精的选别流程,选用水玻璃分散矿泥,硫酸锌抑制闪锌矿,异戊基黄药与乙硫氮作捕收剂,可取得铅回收率、品位分别为76.51%、43.28%的合格铅精矿;铜浮选采用一粗两扫两精的选别流程,选用脱药剂A、活化剂硫酸铜和B,捕收剂丁基铵黑药和Z-200号,可获得铜回收率、品位分别为62.03%、18.02%的合格铜精矿。

Experimental Research on Comprehensive Recovery of Copper and Lead from Tailings of a Gold Cyanide Leaching Plant

The experimental research on comprehensive recovery of copper and lead from the tailings of a gold cyanide leaching plant in Shandong is performed.The technological flowsheet of selective flotation of lead and flotation of activated copper is adopted.Test results showed that the qualified lead concentrate with the recovery of 76.51% and the grade of 43.28% can be produced by using the flotation flowsheet of "one roughing-two scavenging-three cleaning".The reagent combination adopted is as follows:sodium silicate is used as a dispersant,zinc sulfate is used as a depressor of sphalerite,and sodium amyl xanthate and sodium diethyl dithiocarbamate(DDTC) are used as collectors.The qualified copper concentrate with the recovery of 62.03% and the grade of 18.02% can be produced by using the flotation flowsheet of "One roughing-two scavenging-two cleaning".In this circumstance,reagent A is used as a remover of reagent,copper sulfate and reagent B are used as activators,and butyl ammonium aerofloat and Z-200 are used as collectors.
