| 摘 要： | 阐述了新形式下劳动定额定员测定困境与必要性,对传统理论和方法作了修改.按照Meister测量工具选择原则,即考虑测量工具的客观性、可操作性、可计量性、简单性、非侵扰性及低成本的要求,对本领域最新的方法进一步作简化变体处理.
