摘    要:用超声纵波测量LY11型铝合金在单轴应力作用下的声速变化。结果表明,材料在拉、压单轴应力作用下,超声纵波的声速相对变化量与应力成线性关系,与理论相符。试验中采用回振法测试原理搭建的测试系统,可测量声速的微小变化,精度高,可用于无损测试材料内部应力。

Abstract:Longitudinal waves were used to measure the applied stress in LYll Aluminum alloy. Experimental results showed that the presence of stress caused small changes in phase velocities of longitudinal waves, and the velocity was increased by increasing applied stress. Furthermore, the percentage change in velocity was proportional to the stress. This linear relationship provided a practical non-destructive technique of stress measurement. The phase velocity was tested by sing-around methods, which small changes in velocity could be detected.
