南水北调中线一期工程水量调度方案制定分析

在南水北调中线一期工程建成后,调度方案是执行水量调度主要指导方向.主要从时间尺度和工程对应区域的角度来制定调度方案.时间尺度主要有非汛期与汛期、月和旬；工程对应区域包括水源区和受水区.从汛期与非汛期的时间尺度的角度,分析了水源区调水前提条件和受水区的需水计划,在对应的时间尺度中根据调度方案制定执行计划.并从月与旬的时间尺度制定对应的调度方案,丰富了调度工程实时调度方案.结合不同的时间尺度中不同区域的不同调度要求,在年终调度计划总结时,进行滚动修正,作为下一年调度方案制定的前提,权衡了各受水区权益.遵循合理的调度原则,保证各受水区的权益,为南水北调中线一期工程后期管理工作奠定了基础.
