| Abstract: | The effective transference of surplus labour in the rural areas can not be realized, the positive effects of township enterprises can not be put into full play, the rural demand market can not be expanded, industrialized operation in the rural areas can not be enhanced, the dual economic structure can not be broken, and the industrialization, modernization and urbanization can not be finally realized unless its economy is vigorously promoted. |
