基于0-1优化的变电站警报在线处理

提出了基于优化技术的电力系统警报信息处理。主要包括三个方面的工作:(1)提出了在停电区域中,以保护和断路器报警信息为判断依据的故障诊断处理方法,有效的缩小了故障诊断的范围。(2)构造了识别故障元件的0-1整数规划模型,该模型简单,求解速度快。(3)采用了遗传算法(Genetic Algorithm)对该模型进行求解,经算例计算表明,所提出的故障诊断数学模型是正确的并可以在线应用。

Station alarm message on-line dealing based on 0-1 programming

A new method to deal with the station alarm message is presented based on optimization technology.In the presented method following contents are included,they are:(1) a new method to diagnose the faults based on the power supply interrupted is proposed according to the information of protective relays and circuit breakers,so the the fault diagnosis is confined within one small district.(2) A new integer 0-1 programming model is constructed to identify the faulty elements,this model is simple and easy to solve.(3) the genetic algorithm is applied to solve the model.The results of calculation examples show that the presented mathematical model is correct and the on-line application is prospected.
