基于模糊神经网络的航空发动机故障诊断研究

摘    要:提出了一种基于模糊神经网络的航空发动机故障诊断方法 ,介绍了该方法的原理及实现算法 ,并利用某型发动机地面定检状态实测的数据作为样本数据 ,建立了基于模糊神经网络的航空发动机的故障诊断模型。通过该模型对起飞状态实测的发动机参数进行了辨识 ,结果表明该方法具有学习速度快、诊断精度高等优点。可用于航空发动机及其它装备的故障诊断。

Abstract:A method for fault diagnoses of aeroengines based on the fuzzy logic theory and neural network is put forward. The theory and the arithmetic of the method are described. The model of aeroengines fault diagnoses is set up by using the measured data at the fixed-check state on the ground as learning samples. The aeroengine parameter of the taking-off state is identified by the model. The results show that this fuzzy neural network method has the advantages of faster learning rate and higher diagnosing precision. It can be used to diagnose the fault of the aeroengine and other equipment.
