钢筋混凝土板腐蚀性的非破损检测

摘    要:通过对氯离子侵入的试验室研究,来评价混凝土中的钢筋腐蚀程度。在试验中,声发射法(AE)直接用于估计钢筋腐蚀情况;半电池电势、极化阻抗和混凝土电阻被用于评价钢筋的腐蚀面积,用反边界单元法(IBEM)补偿电势。研究结果表明,声发射法(AE)是评价混凝土钢筋腐蚀的有效方法。

Abstract:This paper had evaluated the corrosion level of reinforced concrete steel through the laboratory study in Chloride intrusion. In the study, acoustic emission method ( AE ) directly used to estimate the reinforcement corrosion, half-cell potential, polar- ization resistance and concrete resistance was used to evaluate the corrosion area of steel, with anti-boundary element method (IBEM)compensation potential. The research result had showed that the acoustic emission method ( AE ) is an effective evaluation method of concrete reinforcement corrosion.
