ZA-27合金与球墨铸铁焊接工艺研究

摘    要:采用钎焊过渡层与钨极氩弧焊相结合方法研究了ZA合金与球墨铸铁焊接工艺性能。首先用氧—乙炔火焰钎焊方法在球墨铸铁表面钎焊一层ZA—8合金过渡层,然后用交流钨极氩弧焊方法焊接ZA—27合金与带表面ZA—8合金过渡层的球墨铸铁。结果表明:通过选择合理的钎剂和焊前清洗工序,调整氧—乙炔火焰钎焊和交流钨极氩弧焊工艺参数,可成功地实现ZA—27合金与球墨铸铁的焊接,焊缝组织较母材组织明显细化。

Abstract:The welding process between ZA alloy and spheroidal-graphite cast iron was studied.The ZA-8 alloy was firstly brazed on the spheroidal-graphite cast iron surface by using oxygen-acetylene flame braze.ZA-27 alloy and spheroidal-graphite cast iron withZA-8 alloy surface coats were secondly welded by using AC-TIG.Brazing agents and clean process were properly selected before flame braze.The results show that ZA-27 alloy and spheroidal-graphite cast iron could be successfully welded by means of controlling the parameters of oxygen-acetylene flame braze and AC-TIG,and the microstructure of weld is finer than the base metal.
