五灵脂浸膏的香味成分分析及其加香应用

为了开发新的天然烟用香料资源 ,采用固相微萃取法 (简称SPME)对五灵脂浸膏的挥发性香味成分进行了萃取分离 ,再用气质联用仪进行分析 ,检测出 1 3 8种化合物。结果显示该浸膏的主要香味成分有 :乙酯类和脂肪酸、萜烯和倍半萜烯、尿烷、马鞭草烯酮、苯甲酸、六氢法尼酮、马鞭草烯基乙基醚等。还将其应用于卷烟加香试验 ,能起到掩盖卷烟杂气 ,增加烟气的甜润感和提高烟气质量的作用。

Analysis of Aromatic Components in Trogopterus Dung Concrete and its Flavoring in Tobacco

For developing new aromatic components, trogopterus dung concrete were extracted with solid phase micro-extraction, and analyzed by GC/MS. 138 components were identified. The results show that the main aromatic components of the concrete are ethyl esters, fatty acids, terpenes, sesquiterpenes urethane, verbenone,benzoic acid, hexahydrofarnesyl acetone and verbenyl ethyl ether etc. The concrete was added to tobacco as a flavoring. The sensory evaluation indicated that the smoking's sweet taste and quality of cigarettes was improved, the offensive taste was masked effectively.
