| 摘 要： | 通过对弯曲变形区的外轮廓分析,得到弯曲变形区外层曲线特征为一个多段曲线。根据该多段曲线设计凹模型面,可以改变变形区应力状态,扩大与弯曲方向相反弧线,对回弹进行补偿,进而使回弹减小甚至消失。为弯曲凹模设计提供了理论基础。

Control of Springback Mechanism for Bending Matrix Designed by Multi-Segment Curve |

| Abstract: | According to outer contour analysis of bending deformation, the outer curve of deformation is characterized by a multi-segment curve. The die based on the multi-segment curve can not only change deformation stress state ,but also expand arc being opposite to bending direction, so the rebound is reduced or even disappear. This provides theoretical basis for bending die design. |
