| 摘 要： | 通过介绍国内外风电标准和检测认证体系的发展历史及其涉及的主要内容,重点分析了我国风电标准和检测认证体系建设的现状,指出了该标准体系的某些不完善之处。在此基础上,结合我国风电产业发展和标准应用现状,提出了我国风电标准和检测认证体系的建设原则及需要重点解决的主要任务。

| Abstract: | By introducing the history and the main content of standards,testing and certification system of wind power systems at home and abroad.This paper analyzed the key status of the standards,testing and certification system of the wind power systems,and indicated that some imperfections of the standards system.On that basis,combined with our management and application of standards,this paper proposed the construction principles of China＇s wind power standard and testing and certification system,as well as the main tasks to be resolved. |
