改善涤纶预取向丝后加工性能的技术改造及纺丝工艺探索

为了解决在POY-DTY生产中干切片含水偏大,纺丝中飘丝严重,POY条干值偏大,锭位间伸长差异大等问题,笔者以干燥机、纺丝组件及侧吹风空调作了一些技术改造,对纺丝工艺也作了相应的探索,经实践证明取得了明显的效果.特作一介绍,可供有关单位参考.

TECHICAL REFORM AND SPINNING TECHNOLOGY FOR IMPROVINGTHE POST-PROPERTY OF POLYESTER POY

For resolving the problems in the production of POY-DTY including the high moisture content of dried chips, critical thread drifting in the spinning duct, high CV value of POY's evenness and the great difference in yarn elongation between different spindle positions some technical reforms are carried out on drying machine , spinneret assembly and lateral air blowing system etc. with the corresponding exploration of spinning technology. Auther introduce the remarkble effects obtained in practice in reference to relevant respects.
