| Abstract: | Targeting external problems existing in the energy-saving reconstruc- tion field, this article utilized the economic theory to explain the externality concept, and analyzed the external economy of the energy-saving reconstruction of existing residential buildings. Finally, this article proposed countermeasures for accelerating the energy-saving reconstruction of existing residential buildings according to the eco- nomic theories relevant with the externality. |
