高速电弧喷涂层的组织与性能

摘    要:对比研究了高速电弧喷涂和传统电弧喷涂层的表面形貌、显微组织结构以及结合强度、耐磨性等力学性能。结果表明,高速电弧喷涂层组织致密、孔隙率低,涂层具有良好的综合力学性能,涂层拉伸结合强度比传统电弧喷涂提高40%以上,涂层耐磨性提高一倍以上。

Abstract:High velocity arc spray (HVAS) is investigated compared with those of regular arc sprayed coatings. The wear properties of three HVAS coatings are also tested. Results show that HVAS coatings have a better comprehensive mechanical properties and quality. For the HVAS coatings, the adhesion strength and the relative wear resistance increase respectively by 40% and more than two times than those of regular arc sprayed coatings.
