原料钼粉粒度对喷雾造粒钼粉性能的影响

摘    要:以不同粒度的钼粉为原料制备喷雾造粒粉末。研究了原料钼粉粒度对喷雾造粒浆料的进料速度及造粒钼粉组织形貌和松装密度、流动性的影响规律。结果表明,浆料进料速度随着原料钼粉粒度的增大而增大;喷雾造粒钼粉的松装密度与流动性随着原料钼粉粒度的增大而提高,但颗粒球形度逐渐变差。在本实验条件下,原料钼粉粒度为3.5μm时,喷雾造粒效果较好,颗粒形貌近球形,具有良好的松装密度和流动性。

Abstract:The molybdenum powder with three different particle sizes were used to prepare the spray granulation molybdenum powder. The effect of particle size of raw material of molybdenum powder on the feed velocity of the slurry and the microstructure,apparent density and fluidity of the spray granulation molybdenum powder were investigated. The result shows that with the increasing of particle size of raw material of molybdenum powder,the feed velocity increases. The particle sizes of raw material of molybdenum powder has an important influence on the properties of spray- dried powder. With the increasing of particle size,the apparent density and fluidity improved,however,the degree of sphericity gradually gets bad. Under this experimental condition,the best particle size of molybdenum raw material is 3. 5μm.
