| 摘 要： | 介绍应用线阵CCD器件设计的塑料盐膜拉膜机膜穿孔微机自动监控系统，对线阵CCD器件的检测头安装、检测电路设计、检测精度、检测速度以及边界定位等问题进行了详细探讨，提出了提高检测精度与检测速度的方法。设计中采用了P87LPC76X OTP单片机以及I^2C总线技术，详细描述了硬件接口电路的设计原理，并对I^2C总线器件的读写控制方法进行了深入探讨。

| Abstract: | A CCD digital imaging inspection microcomputer control system which use line array CCD camera,designed for salt-film machine,is presented in this paper. The method of line array CCD setting and inspection circuit design and the issue about inspection precision and inspection rate and verge orientation are probed into.We proposed the methods of advancing inspection precision and inspection rate.In the system design P87LPC76X OTP single chip processor and I2C bus are adopted. |
