摘    要:
针对TY900过隧型运梁车液压举升系统在调试中出现的液压缸不能实现正常负载下降的现象,分析举升系统用平衡阀的结构和性能,建立了平衡阀先导控制压力数学计算模型.根据分析结果,得到了可能造成故障的原因,通过调整负载敏感比例阀的次级限压阀的压力,使故障现象解除.经现场调试,达到了预期目标,为同类阀的应用及其动态特性的研究提供了参考.

Principle Analysis on Balance Valve for Model TY900 Through-tunnel Beam Carrier and Its Troubleshooting
Abstract:
Encountering an issue that the hydraulic cylinder under load in the lift system could not be lowered normally in model TY900 through-tunnel beam carrier during test, we analyzed structure and performance of the balance valve for lift system and set up a mathematic calculation model of pilot control pressure for the balance valve. According to the analysis results, we found out possible causes to the trouble and have eliminated the trouble by readjusting pressure at the secondary pressure limit valve in the load sensing proportional valve. Through a test at site, we achieved the expected goal, thus providing a reference for studies on application and dynamic characteristics of similar valves.
