台湾职业教育的经验及其启示

摘    要:面对经济危机和全球化竞争引发的产业转型带来的挑战,我国职业教育开始在现有基础上进行了改革与优化。作为正在处于产业转型升级阶段的浙江省,更是需要进行职业教育办学模式的改革与创新。本文以我国台湾地区新近出台的"技职教育再造方案"为例,通过从制度、师资、课程与教学、资源和质量控制五个纬度进行分析,认为促进产学合作,改善师生教学环境、充裕学习资源,强化产学实务连续性,培育具有实作力及就业力的优质专技人才是浙江省职业教育提升质量的关键。

Abstract:To meet the challenge of industrial transformation brought by the economic crisis and global competition,technical and vocational education in China initiated a series of innovation and optimization.In the time of industrial transformation and upgrading,Zhejiang province is in urgent demand of reforming the way of running vocational school.Taking the newly issued "Reconstruction Program of Technical and Vocational Education" in Taiwan as an example,carrying out analysis from the following five aspects: the system,teachers,curriculum and teaching,resources and qualities,this article argues that the key to promoting vocational education in China is to nurture outstanding professionals and employees by encouraging cooperation between vocational colleges and enterprises,improving the teaching environment,enriching learning resources and emphasizing practical training.
