3DMine软件露天深孔台阶爆破管理应用实践

摘    要:以某露天铁矿穿孔爆破管理工作为例,利用3DMine矿业工程软件对此进行了爆破设计,此后进行了爆破作业的模拟。结果表明,利用此软件建立矿区的三维模型可为工程师提供更加精确、直观的矿区资料,且在三维模型的基础上进行爆破设计和爆破作业的模拟,可得到较为合理的爆破方案,减少爆破作业的成本。通过分析各炮孔的起爆等时线和起爆时间分布曲线可推理此次爆破作业的起爆和结束时间、炮孔利用率及爆破效果,可保障爆破作业的安全性及高效性,为矿山企业的生产决策工作提供了参考,对提高露天矿山的爆破工艺管理水平有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:For the open pit mining enterprises, the level of perforation management has a direct impact on the subsequent production process. Taking perforation blasting management of an open-pit iron mine as an example, Blasting design was carried out with 3DMine mining engineering software, On the basis of this, the simulation of blasting operation is carried out, The main conclusions are as follows: The 3D model of the mining area can be provided by the software to provide more accurate and intuitive mining data for engineers. Based on the three-dimensional model, blasting design and blasting operation are simulated, and a more reasonable blasting plan can be obtained to reduce the cost of blasting operation. By analyzing the detonating time line and the detonating time distribution curve of the blasting holes, the detonation and end time of the blasting operation can be deduced, and the utilization rate and blasting effect of the gun hole can be used to ensure the safety and efficiency of the blasting operation, It provides a reference for the production decision-making work of mining enterprises, and has a certain reference significance for improving the management level of blasting technology in open-pit mines.
