尿素造粒粉尘回收技术改造总结

摘    要:针对尿素造粒塔原设计无粉尘回收这一缺陷.应用三段吸收、三段分离工艺粉尘回收技术.对尿素造粒塔进行技术改造,粉尘回收装置回收的造粒塔尾气中氨含量从80mg/m^3降至30mg/m^3以下,尿素粉尘含量从500-600mg/m^3降至50-90mg/m^3以下。

Abstract:Aiming at no dust collection section in the original design of urea prilling tower a technical transformation is carried out to the prilling tower with a dust-collection technology of 3-stage absorption/3-stage separation and the ammonia content in the collected off-gas from the prilling tower drops to below 30 mg/m3 from 80 mg/m3 and the dust content in urea to below 50~90 mg/m3 from 500~600 mg/m3.
