| 摘 要： | 现行的闸坝调度考虑防洪、排涝、灌溉等,没有考虑生态调度,造成河流水资源严重短缺和水污染.通过分析北运河闸坝调度中存在的生态问题,考虑影响河段生态调度主要因素的基础上,结合北运河现状,提出了北运河闸坝生态调度目标、准则及方式,以期缓解北运河水质的恶化,改善全流域水环境状况,提高水资源利用率.

| Abstract: | The existing gate dam regulation usually considers flood control,drainage,irrigation,etc.,while neglects the ecological regulation.This will result in the river water shortage and water pollution.By analyzing the ecological problems in the gate dam regulation of the North Canal,considering the main related factors,and combined with the current situation of the North Canal,the objectives,standards and methods of gate dam regulation of North Canal are put forward in order to alleviate the deterioration of the water quality of North Canal,improve the water environmental conditions of the basin-wide and improve water utilization rate. |
