摘    要:本文介绍一种能模拟单个神经元、触突以及系统的模拟器Simulator。用它模拟在生物界所熟知的一种无脊椎软体类似海参的食肉类动作Pleuro-branchea。它的各种形为如吞食食物,遇敌退缩等用Fortran77版本编程并在Sun3/50工作站上进行模拟获得了满意结果。

Abstract:he purpose of this thesis is to develop a biologically realistic model that will efficiently simulate the behaviors of individual neurons as well as those of synapses. The simulation model uses a unified mathematical mechanism to formalize the neurophysical principles necessary for simulation of both individual neuron behaviors, and that of neuronal networks, which are contructed of multiple nerve cells.Sodium and potassium Channels are the major channels contributing to the generation of action potentials, our simulation models those two type of channels.The simulation model is divided into two Parts: the single neuron model and the network model. For the first part, basic single neuronal properties include variable threshold, absolute and relative refractory Periods,excitatory and inhibitory reversal potentials, time constants, and the accommodation factor. In regard to the second part, a network isdefined by specifying external and internal connection strength and delays associated with synapses. A single neuron can receive fonic external inputs or inputs from other neurons in the network.Many less-important derails have been ignored owing Synapse Biclogical simulattor to the limited sauce.
