| 摘 要： | 采用目前国内常用的真空烧结工艺,将GH30镍基合金丝网在小型真空炉中进行复合烧结.通过工艺试验,研究了真空烧结温度对丝网材料烧结性能及微观组织构的影响.试验表明,烧结温度是控制镍基合金丝网材料烧结性能和组织结构的重要影响因素.为了获得满意的金相组织,应将烧结温度控制在1200℃以下.
