合作与精益视角下 IPD 关键构成要素研究

随着大型复杂工程项目的不断涌现，传统交付模式下“松散”的协作模式已难以满足高效项目管理的需求。而以合作和精益思想为核心的 IPD（Integrated Project Delivery）模式逐渐成为建筑业关注的焦点。识别 IPD 的核心要素是成功实施该模式的关键所在，但目前国内对于 IPD 模式关键要素的研究较为欠缺。通过对 IPD 案例及相关文献的系统梳理，从合作与精益视角，发现归纳总结 IPD 模式的 5 项关键构成要素。并以 Encircle 医疗急救中心 IPD 项目建设为案例，对上述 IPD关键构成要素进行实证分析，验证其在 IPD 项目实施中的重要性，为 IPD 模式在中国的应用提供启示。

A Study on the Crucial Components of IPDBased on the Perspective of Cooperation and Lean Construction

With continuous emergence of large and complex construction projects, the loose collaboration in traditional projectdelivery methods cannot satisfy the demand for efficient project management. Against this backdrop, IPD that places cooperation andlean thoughts into its core is gradually catching the attention of the construction industry．Identifying the crucial components is thekey point to successfully implement IPD. The current studies on the crucial components of IPD remain insufficient in China. Hence,based on a systematic literature review, we identify the crucial components of IPD from the perspective of lean and cooperation. TheEncircle Health Ambulatory Care Center is used as the IPD case to examine the crucial components of IPD identified in this studyand provide implications for applying IPD in China.
